ABOUT TVCI

Tim Valine Construction, Inc. is a Construction Consulting firm located in Lemon Grove, California.  Our office supports law firms, insurance companies, as well as individual homeowners and homeowners associations, with their construction related needs. Tim Valine, President, is a consultant, general contractor and standard of care expert who provides expert witness testimony related to construction defect litigation and insurance dispute resolution for various types of construction matters.

Tim Valine is a licensed contractor in California, Nevada and Arizona, and currently has active cases in all three states.

TIM VALINE

Tim Valine began working in the construction industry at the age of sixteen. He worked his way through all the trades of construction, as was necessary, to stay employed through some of construction's toughest times, as well as gaining hands on experience through the direction of skilled mentors throughout the years. Tim can and has performed all major trades in a professional capacity from the small scale custom remodel type of work to multi-family tract home developments. Knowing how tradesmen inter-relate on job sites and having first-hand knowledge of the actual assembly process gives Tim an intimate perspective of construction processes and practices. New construction, remodels, restoration, commercial and residential projects all pose challenges and potential problems. Meeting those challenges during construction and solving problems through this process is paramount. This unique perspective in problem solving makes Tim Valine the expert with the answers. Looking at the same problem or condition as other experts and coming to a different conclusion takes the confidence that these years of experience has given him. Prevailing in trial is the ultimate goal of these cases and Tim has prevailed consistently.

MICHELLE VALINE
CORPORATE SECRETARY

Michelle Valine is well versed in construction and litigation which makes her a valuable asset to TVCI. Michelle brought to TVCI countless relationships with which we continue to value and nurture to this day. She supports Tim in daily duties in the office and on various sites across the three licensed states. In her free time, Michelle spends time with her three children, Sara, Daniel & Emily or in her garden with her three dogs and four cats.

VIVIANA LOPEZ
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Viviana Lopez is an instrumental part of the TVCI team and is pivotal in the daily operations and growth of the company. She brings structure and organization to a complex desk with her accounting and administrative background. Wearing various hats each day, Viviana juggles her day-to-day duties in addition to out-of-scope projects. She is in charge of accounting, administrative tasks, vendor management and maintaining a professional office environment. When Viviana is not working, she is spending time with her two French bulldogs, personal fitness training and enjoying San Diego.
